Paula Miltenberger – Imposter Syndrome

Paula Miltenberger, Ph.D. is a Licensed Psychologist and founder of Women’s Mental Wellness. Dr. Miltenberger specializes in women’s mental health. She is also a Clinical Supervisor for doctoral students from UTSW Medical School.

She received a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas at Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Miltenberger received specialized postdoctoral training while completing a fellowship in Women’s Mental Health with the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Baylor University Medical Center of Dallas. She was a supervising psychologist for the Women’s Psychology Service at Baylor University Medical Center of Dallas from 2008 to 2017.

Dr. Miltenberger works closely with internal medicine, obstetricians, gynecologist, reproductive endocrinologist, oncologist and psychiatrist to provide comprehensive care for women. She enjoys educating physicians, nurses and other healthcare providers on the importance of women’s mental wellness. Dr. Miltenberger is a published author on issues related to loss and perinatal depression.
